D. Gray Man Episode 2: The Black Order
Allen was climbing to a large cliff in order to go to the dark religious society. It was a very large cliff that was floating in the sky. Allen finally made it at the top; he was standing at the gates told them that he was sent by his master General Cross Marian. There were people who were observing him from inside the building and asked their supervisor (Kamui) if they can let Allen in; after all Allen did have Timecanpy (Timecanpy was owned by Allen’s master who happens to be in the group of exorcists). The guy with the headgear asked the supervisor if he has news for General Cross to send a kid to the dark religious society. The supervisor simply answered a straight no and sipped his coffee, so the guy with the headgear requested for the gates to examine Allen.

 

Allen stiffened when the gate suddenly laid eyes on him. Allen was even more surprised after the examination when the gate stated that he was cursed and he may be an ally to the millennium. Even people in the building was shocked and decided to send a fellow exorcist to exterminate Allen. There happened to be an exorcist that came after a mission too and decided to take care of Allen, his name was Kanda. Allen was so nervous that he kept on explaining that it’s just misunderstanding, but Kanda draw his sword and attacked Allen. Allen had no choice and decided to use his weapon. Allen’s hand was hit by the Kanda; Kanda asked Allen what happened to his hand. Allen told him that it’s an anti-akuma weapon and he is also an exorcist. Kanda was pissed when he tried to ask the gatekeeper.

The gatekeeper also explained that he saw a pentacle at Allen’s forehead. According to Kanda; the only way to find out if Allen was a human or not…. was to cut him in two. Kanda was about to slice Allen but he paused when Allen told him that there was a letter of introduction that the general have sent. People stared at the supervisor, the supervisor immediately called a guy from the back to search for the letter at his desk. The desk seems pretty cluttered and is covered by spider webs too. People kept on staring at Kamui .Kamui told them that he’ll help in searching. While Kamui and a random guy was searching for the file, Allen was still been threatened at the neck by Kanda. Finally the letter was found, Kamui announced to the people that General did sent the boy and requested the squad leader Reever to let the boy in and got some coffee to hide his mistakes (so people can’t blame on him, wise guy).The gate was opened but Kanda didn’t let go of his sword, his was eventually got smacked at the head by Kamui’s little sister (Lenalee). Upon arriving inside the building, Allen tried to give Kanda a handshake, but Kanda refused telling him that he doesn’t shake with cursed people. Allen was insulted at that comment but Lenalee tried to comfort him that Kanda had just arrived at his mission and was just annoyed. Later on, Lenalee showed Allen the whole place. The place itself resembles medieval times, so you can probably say that the place is old. Both of them stopped at Kamui’s floor when he suddenly appeared. Kamui together with Lenalee and Allen took a tour at their facility. After taking the tour, Kamui repaired Allen’s arm (which was pretty nasty back there).

Kamui then lead Allen down below with a use of an elevator. Below Kamui explained Allen about their commanders-in-chief and his “innocence”. Allen was then being grasped by a weird creature (Hevlaska) and tried to suck something from his innocence, he tried to strangle but the Hevlaska said that she’s not going to harm him. After analyzing Allen’s innocence and predicting Allen’s future, Hevlaska unhanded him. Allen’s synch-ratio to his weapon/innocence was only 83% while his future will be dark if he get’s into the wrong hands. Kamui then clapped his hands and gave off a silly smile which pissed Allen and tried to punch him for not telling it to him earlier. Kamui then explained to Allen all about the history of the innocence and the earl of the millennium. Kamui then offered a handshake to Allen and told him that there are many exorcists that traveled around the world, and Hevlaska is also an exorcist.

Shortly after that, Allen was finally at his room. He kept on wondering where Timecanpy had went. He stared at the painting behind him which reminded him to never give up.


Impressions:
OMG, I loved this series. Especially Kamui, he was such a slacker (he reminds me of ISHIDA from bleach being the on who repairs Kon). Poor Allen, he was tortured several times while he’s been there. I also wondered on what he ment on “Mana”. I haven’t read that part on the manga yet. Allen Walker’s seeiyu is a gir?! Sugoi, just like Naruto too. Lenalee’s seeiyu is familiar too since her voice can be heard in NEGIMA?! as Misa Kakizaki.

Yes, I made 2 updates today and I’m going to review on Negima OVA! Yup, I brought the DVD package and it arrived yesterday so stay tuned for that! Oh and before i go let me just say these things to you people out there, I prefer watching the RAW release of DGM because you can clearly see the dark things that you can’t clariffy at the subs. Ok that’s all
